After Appello convinces the defendant to file false charges countering victim's claim. Also after Judge Coviello's probable cause "finding". (A chipmunk could make such a claim and he would find probable cause) This is a key play in the colluding scam between Prosecutor, Judge, and willing accomplice. More to come on this. Mr. Lugo arranges fraudulent counter complaint trial the day before REAL defendants trial date. When asked multiple times by complainant about the UNREASONABLE court dates and the that original complaint should go forward first, he answers "The judge wants it this way." The reason is to intimidate the REAL victim to drop charges. When asked what judge scheduled it this way he answers "Judge Coviello", more details to come.

Public Defender John Appello (A-P-P-E-L-L-O) meets with the defendant Hicham Doukali. Soon after Hicham Doukali files fraudulent counter assault charges. Judge Coviello, WHO IS WELL AWARE OF THE SCAM "finds" probable cause and "The Fixer" schedules a trial date before the legitimate complaint. The assaulted man is put on trial. He defends himself in front of a "guest" judge. He is found NOT GUILTY and in the judges summation,his closes statement with and I do believe Hichame Doukali did kick Mr. Canonico in the head. This is the judge who's favorite justification is "Plausible Deniability"
This is the disgraceful judge who makes a mockery of justice. After complainant insist that Hicham Doukali be tried, just like he was. He ignored all his pleas. Complainant outlined his previous assaults and the aggravating nature of the crime; Malice of Forethought and Gang Assault and Previous Aggravated Assault Charge, he beat up his ex wife and he left her with contusions including a black eye.
Hicham Doukal confronted complaint at the same local business where the assault was committed. before and promising to "jump him". (See witness statements linked below ) Hicham Doukali gathered a mob at a bar a block away and they attacked with Hicham leading them. Victim was approached from behind while he was eating at an outdoor table facing the opposite direction.
He was also made aware of his lack of discretion in giving probable cause in counter complaint which PUT THE VICTIM on trial! He dismisses the information and tells the prosecutors in court "I'm not listening to him".
His adjudication after Catch and Release Candelmo reasons that the VICTIM is not likeable he agrees to a public nuisance charge and a $500 fine.
